Occasional motivational speaker training with a fancy dress party sound like a huge contradiction, but it might be a funky intervention. The party for the main corporate events can be a theme party. It could be a fancy dress party, or there could be a colour theme, a pageant or anything to make it interesting and not the run of the mill parties.
