Sometimes motivational speakers can be mediators for how people feel. It is not in every industry or enterprise where new suggestions are welcome. Employees need someone to facilitate the reality and their negative experiences. Although it is hardly the intention of them as mediators, it happens anyway. Fresh ideas are shared from the podium and frustration and wrong behaviour gets pinpointed. Specialists are vital to enhance "outside" thinking.
